If you’re not totally in love with your purchase, return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase! We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.
- Hang tag must be attached, and the item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shoe Return Policy:
We accept shoe returns up to 30 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original packing slip.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We do not provide return labels.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package.
If it is an exchange please include instructions inside the package on what you want instead, if we do not have it in stock we will send store credit to your email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are unable to cancel any orders for money back. If you would like store credit for an order you must contact the warehouse as soon possible before it is shipped out. Our team works very hard to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your package on time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
